An alumnus of Ohio Wesleyan University, Mandi graduated with a dance theatre degree and high hopes of becoming a soap opera star. When that career path did not go according to plan, it was decided that the next best route to take was “acting” like an insurance agent. She began working at Rose Insurance Agency part-time in 2001, while also teaching at a Parochial school in Defiance. She eventually decided to join the team full-time in 2004, and now is the sole owner of the agency, representing the latter part of Rose and Kissner. Mandi’s favorite aspect of working in an insurance agency is being able to connect with clients. She believes that insurance is secondary to the relationships she is able to create and maintain. She prides herself on remembering the names and personal details of each person she insures, and truly perceives them as family. When she is not in the office, Mandi enjoys working out, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her family and friends.
